Over 10 years property management experience including -

Tenancy management, Estate management, Void property management. Giving advice to landlords and tenants on housing matters, repairing obligations, eviction proceedings and court action.

The principle is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a B.A Honours degree in professional Housing Studies as well as an NVQ level 4 in Management.
